Installation FAQ
Please contact support@thescripter.com if you are unable to resolve your installation problems using the solutions below:
Error: Could not load an object because it is not available on this machine Excel may cache files (EXD files) that reference controls that no longer exist on the computer. This is frequently seen after a new version of Excel has been installed. Download
and unzip the following utility. The utility will rename Excel EXD
files so that they aren't loaded. Excel will recache only those that
files that are needed.

Step
Action
1 Close Microsoft Excel

Download the utility.

Run the utility by double-clicking the Delete_EXDs.exe file.
In the WinZip Self-Extractor dialog, click the OK button.

In the WinZip Self-Extractor dialog, click the Unzip button.
This will install the utility in the default folder c:\Program Files\ReportsDNA.
6 Click the OK button to unzip 2 files.

Hit the Enter key to close the utility window. 
8 Start Excel if ReportsDNA is installed. Install ReportsDNA if it is not installed.

Error: Object library invalid or contains references to object definitions that could not be found
