Use the up/down arrows to specify the column display order.
Display
Yes - the column will be displayed in the report. This is the default setting.
No - the column will NOT be displayed in the report. The entire row for the column turns gray when Display is set to No.
Field
The list of columns (fields) returned by the data source.
Title (rename a field)
Specifies a new (user-friendly) name for each column in the report.
Note: The Group By setting and the Duplicates
setting will be affected if they have previously been set using a
column that is later renamed. This can be corrected by specifying the
appropriate setting after the column has been renamed.
Case (field options)
Change the case for the column (field) heading. This will NOT
change the case of the data in the column (see Case (data options)).

This feature activate's Excel's Wrap Text setting for the
specified columns. The text in those columns will display in multiple
lines as necessary to fit the cell's content. Use this feature when you
want to see all the data in a cell. This may expand the size of the row
to display all the data (dependent on the amount of cell contents and
the width of the column).
Yes - the data in the column will be wrapped. No - the data in the column will NOT be wrapped. This is the default setting.
Note: The data will not wrap if you have checked the Summary setting until you click the Detail button.
Note: Resizecolumns has no effect when wrap is set.
Sets the horizontal alignment for the field's DATA. General is the default alignment. Left, Right and Distributed
alignments may also include an indent setting. The indent value is
ignored for all other alignment settings. The figure below provides an
example of text formatted using each of the alignment settings.
Indent
Indents the cell contents from the left or right edge of the cell by one character for each indent value. Indent is only applicable when the alignment is set to Left, Right, or Distributed. The indent value is ignored for all other alignment settings. See H. Align for example text formatted using the indent setting.
Case (data options)
Change the case for the field's DATA.
