Print The Print Tab provides settings for automatically printing a document when a report is generated.
Print After GenerateThis feature will automatically print the report when the report is finished.
Note: This report-level setting has an equivalent Workbook Setting, which can override it.
CopiesSpecifies the number of copies to print.
Printer
Specifies the printer for printing. Follow these steps to correctly set the printer.
- Set the printer desired for this report as Excel's active printer.
- Excel 2002-2003: File | Print | Choose the printer from the dropdown
- Excel 2007: Office Button | Print | Choose the printer form the dropdown
- On the ReportsDNA Toolbar click New/Edit Report | Print tab
- Click the Printer button and it will set the current active printer as the printer for this report.
Note:
- The Printer setting can only be set using the Printer button.
- The Printer button will only set the active printer as the printer for the report.
- Each report can print to a different printer.
